**HIRING: Junior Architect**

**About Us**:
Studio Swap LLP is a luxury architectural and interior design firm founded in 2019 by Ar. Tejas Sawant and Ar. Janhvi Sawant. We specialize in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects pan-India, with a focus on delivering unique design solutions and exceptional detailing.

**Position**: Junior Architect
**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in concept development, design detailing, and presentation drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, 3D models, and coordination with vendors and consultants.
- Conduct site visits for supervision and quality checks.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office.
- Knowledge of 3D visualization software (Lumion/Enscape) preferred.
- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
