**KRA of Public Relations Officer (Health and Wellness)**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Ø Establish and maintain relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.

Ø Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring clients are well-informed and engaged with the brand’s mission and offerings.

Ø Collaborate with Ayurvedic doctors during medical checkups and consultations, providing support and reinforcing brand trust.

Ø Develop and organize awareness campaigns and educational programs to enhance brand recognition and drive product awareness.

Ø Coordinate logistics and materials for presentations, ensuring campaigns are impactful and align with brand values.

Ø Convey brand benefits clearly to the general public, supporting awareness of health and wellness practices.

Ø Create compelling and informative content tailored to engage and educate target audiences effectively.

Ø Promote the brand’s products as valuable health and wellness solutions, positioning them to meet the needs of diverse customer groups.

Ø Develop and deliver presentations, including sourcing materials and visuals, for campaigns and events.

Ø Analyze current marketing trends, especially within the health and wellness sector, to ensure campaigns are innovative and impactful.

Ø Monitor customer feedback and campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Ø Oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and outreach efforts.

Ø Work closely with the marketing team to ensure PR activities are aligned with overall brand objectives and marketing plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in public relations, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the health and wellness industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Expertise in B2B and B2C client management and campaign execution.
- Deep understanding of current marketing trends and techniques to optimize audience reach and engagement.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is required.
- Willingness to travel as the role involves fieldwork and client meetings.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in health and wellness, particularly Ayurvedic products, is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software to track and manage campaigns.
