Presales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Requirement Analysis**
Understand client needs through calls, meetings, or RFPs (Request for Proposal).
Analyze customer business requirements and map them with company solutions.
**2. Product Demonstration**
Conduct product or service presentations and demos to potential clients.
Showcase product features, benefits, and use cases clearly and effectively.
**3. Solution Design & Customization**
Create tailored solutions based on client requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to propose the best-fit product/service.
**4. Proposal & Documentation Support**
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and technical documents.
Assist in writing case studies, FAQs, and solution documents.
**5. Sales Team Support**
Act as a bridge between sales and technical teams.
Support sales team with product knowledge, competitor analysis, and industry insights.
**6. Follow-up and Client Interaction**
Follow up with potential clients post-demo or presentation.
Address technical or product-related queries promptly.
**7. Market & Competitor Research**
Keep updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Suggest enhancements in offerings based on market feedback.
**8. CRM and Reporting**
Maintain detailed records of all pre-sales activities in CRM tools.
Share regular reports with the sales and marketing teams.
