Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound Calling:

- Place outbound calls to prospective students interested in courses.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our courses.

2. Lead Generation:

- Generate leads through telephonic conversations and follow-up calls.
- Maintain a database of potential students and track their progress.

3. Information Dissemination:

- Provide detailed information about course offerings, admission procedures, and other relevant details.
- Address inquiries and concerns from potential students in a professional manner.

4. Follow-up:

- Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students.

5. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telephonic interactions.
- Assist in preparing reports on lead conversion and telecalling activities.

6. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential students.
- Gather feedback to improve the overall student experience.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th
- Experience: Fresher or Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with other teams.
