**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a talented **3D Visualizer** with strong experience in **architectural and real estate visualization**. The role involves creating high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual concepts that effectively communicate architectural design intent and enhance project presentations for residential and commercial developments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop **photorealistic 3D renderings**, walkthroughs, and flythroughs for real estate projects.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to visualize concepts and finalize designs.
- Create 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, and concept layouts.
- Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand standards and project objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare visuals for brochures, hoardings, digital campaigns, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and models for future use.
- Keep updated with new rendering techniques and visualization tools.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong proficiency in **3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, AutoCAD**, and **Adobe Photoshop**.
- Knowledge of **Lumion / Unreal Engine / Twinmotion** for real-time rendering (preferred).
- Good understanding of **architecture, interiors, and landscape design**.
- Ability to visualize concepts from mínimal inputs or sketches.
- Attention to detail, sense of aesthetics, lighting, and color balance.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
