Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer with strong experience in architectural and real estate visualization. The role involves creating high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and visual concepts that effectively communicate architectural design intent and enhance project presentations for residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and flythroughs for real estate projects.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to visualize concepts and finalize designs.
• Create 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, and concept layouts.
• Apply materials, lighting, and textures to achieve high-quality visual output.
• Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand standards and project objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare visuals for brochures, hoardings, digital campaigns, and presentations.
• Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and models for future use.
• Keep updated with new rendering techniques and visualization tools.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Lumion / Unreal Engine / Twinmotion for real-time rendering (preferred).
• Good understanding of architecture, interiors, and landscape design.
• Ability to visualize concepts from minimal inputs or sketches.
• Attention to detail, sense of aesthetics, lighting, and color balance.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
