**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct **cold calls** to potential leads and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Perform **cold WhatsApp messaging** to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update **Excel spreadsheets** and internal databases.
- Prepare and format documents using **MS Word** and **Excel**.
- Organize and manage client communication records and follow-ups.
- Assist in managing and maintaining clean, accurate **prospect and client data**.
- Support the business development and marketing teams with backend tasks.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong command over **MS Excel** and **MS Word**.
- Experience with cold calling and handling client queries.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication channels like WhatsApp Web.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar back-office or tele-calling role.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a learning mindset may also apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
