**Requirements / Responsibilities**
- Assist in collecting survey data by engaging with participants and ensuring accurate responses.
- Manage survey logistics, including distribution and collection.
- Organize and input collected data into databases or spreadsheets.
- Assist in analyzing data and preparing preliminary reports.
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure quality data collection.
- Monitor survey responses for consistency and accuracy.
- Support in identifying trends, insights, and recommendations from the data.
- Participate in fieldwork and interact with participants (if applicable).
- Assist with ad-hoc research tasks as needed, such as secondary research or competitor analysis.

**Must Have**
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of market research methods.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
