**A.** **Job Brief**

1. Job Title**: Tele Caller

2. Department**: Retail Sales

3. Hierarchy Level**: Lower Management

4. Gender Preference**: Female

5. Age Preference**: 25+ Years

6. Salary Structure**: Rs.10000/- to Rs.15000/- Per Month

7. Reporting to**: Retail Sales Manager

**B.** **Profile**

1. Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely.

2. Resolve the quarries of customers for various products of the Company.

3. Maintain healthy relations with the clients / customers.

4. Capability for well communication with the customers as well as management.

**C.** **Primary Responsibilities**

1. Able to generate retail sales with efficient working.

2. Retail sales promotions.

3. Quality services as per the organizations guidelines.

4. Daily reporting skills to the higher authorities.

5. Responding to inquiries of the customers & clear clarification thereof.

6. Regular calling to active or old customers to encourage for the products of the Company.

1. Basic**: Graduate in any discipline.

2. Professional**: Not applicable

**E.** **Experience**

1. Basic Experience**: 3 years in the similar profile

2. Corporate Experience**: Not applicable

**F.** **Behavioural & Technical Skills**

1. Confident & good understanding of product details.

2. Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills

3. Good knowledge of computer such as MS office, Excel, PowerPoint.

4. Pleasing personality to handle the customers.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
