**Responsibilities**:

- Handling Escalations, customer queries and responding to mails accordingly.
- Checking the medical admissibility of a claim, as per terms & conditions of Insurance policy.
- Collaborating with Account management team whenever required.
- Performing other claims related duties as and when assigned.

**Preferred skills and experience: -**
- Experience in working in a TPA Industry.
- Must be comfortable with working on weekends.
- Must be highly self-reliant and have the ability to take the ownership.
- Must have good communication skills & knowledge on excel.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
