OpenIntervue is looking to add a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive - Mid Market to accelerate our growth. You'll be joining an early sales team, working directly with the CBO and an experienced business professional.
OpenIntervue is an AI-powered Recruitment Tech Stack that automates the end-to-end hiring process for organizations. Our AI recruiter, Pihu, conducts AI interviews with human-like intelligence, achieving 97.05% accuracy across multiple sectors, and also administers live coding assessments to streamline technical hiring.
Role Overview
As an Account Executive - Mid Market, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market companies. Your primary focus will be to drive sales, build long-term relationships, and help clients leverage OpenIntervue’s AI recruitment solutions to enhance their hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Identify and engage mid-market companies to onboard them onto the platform.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and presentations to showcase OpenIntervue's value proposition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR and hiring leaders.
- Maintain meticulous records in CRM and sales trackers to ensure visibility on deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
Must-Have Skills
- 1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in mid-market or enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of the B2B selling process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive attitude with a hunger to build relationships and close deals.
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred: MBA or equivalent experience in SaaS sales.
- Relevant sales certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling) are a plus.
Good to Have
- Experience selling HR Tech, ATS, LXP/LMS, HRMS, or AI-driven recruitment solutions.
- Ability to independently generate and manage a sales pipeline.
- Background in working with HR teams and senior executives.
- Experience in startup or high-growth SaaS environments.
