Looking for a Creative thinker with a passion for ideas and deep understanding of using digital and traditional channels as a means for brands to communicate with online audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Brand Performance, Digital & Social Marketing character for Hyve and execute the right Brand positioning.
- Source and select optimal media platforms and determine the best combination of media to achieve the marketing campaign objectives.
- Complete ownership for top of the funnel numbers for the website with a keen eye on data driven marketing and analysis.
- Responsible for the ideation and creation of long form articles such as blog posts, newsletters, featured articles and other communications materials for use on social media channels.
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and adopt timely marketing plan adaptations.
- Own all performance marketing channels (FB, Google, affiliates, other partners). Improve and continuously optimize digital cost metrics.
- Work with influencers, online content creators for increased social media reach and setting up a replicable model around content generation..
- Lead Social media strategy and executions across all social channels
- Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs
- Develop and execute PR strategies for better brand penetration and recall.
- Ability to choose the winning creative among a group of ideas based on a mix of technical knowledge and intuition.

- The right attitude to multitask in a start-up
- Working Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects.
- Prior experience in SMM, SEO and Google Analytics

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
