**Key Responsibilities**:
Training Delivery: Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, or seminars both in-person and online. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, such as lectures, discussions, case studies, and hands-on exercises, to facilitate effective learning experiences.

Skill Assessment: Evaluate the progress and skill levels of trainees through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help individuals improve their digital marketing capabilities.

Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing. Continuously research and gather relevant information to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in delivering training programs or conducting workshops in a professional setting.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess trainees' progress and address their individual needs.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and tailor training approaches accordingly.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, etc.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends, strategies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
