**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
- Collaborate with design agencies to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Write and edit content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and message.
- Design and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an MBA, preferably in Marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the marketing field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong content writing skills and attention to detail in design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Digital marketing experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Total work experience: 1 year (preferred)
