Ngo Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the NGO’s programs and initiatives.

Develop, implement, and monitor project plans to ensure smooth execution and alignment with the organization’s mission.

Act as the primary point of contact for community partners, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.

Organize and participate in community outreach and awareness campaigns to raise the organization’s profile and attract support.

Oversee the scheduling and execution of events, workshops, and training sessions.

Ensure all programs are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.

Supervise and support the NGO team, including volunteers and interns, ensuring proper training and development.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all programs, including budget tracking, project timelines, and progress reports.

Collaborate with the fundraising team to develop proposals, grants, and other resources to support program sustainability.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, offering insights into project performance and impact.

Advocate for women’s empowerment, gender equality, and other key social issues aligned with the NGO’s mission.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
