**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Management**:

- Create, upload, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.
- Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date.
- **Order Management**:

- Monitor orders, returns, and customer inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery and returns processes.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Track stock levels and ensure timely updates on e-commerce platforms to avoid stockouts or over-listings.
- Collaborate with the inventory team for accurate forecasting and replenishment.
- **Sales Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor sales data and analyze platform performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work on SEO strategies, keywords, and campaigns to improve product visibility and ranking.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer reviews, feedback, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Work towards improving customer satisfaction ratings on platforms.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Prepare regular performance reports with insights on sales, traffic, and conversions.
- Suggest data-driven strategies to improve sales and customer experience.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfilment processes.

**Additional Details**:

- **Location**: Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad
- **Salary Range**: 12-20k
- **Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- **Reporting to**: E-Commerce Head

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
