**Responsibilities**
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance their visual appeal and align with the desired style and mood.
- Use photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to adjust color, contrast, and composition for optimal results.
- Crop and resize images as necessary to meet specific size and format requirements.
- Remove imperfections and blemishes from photos while maintaining a natural and realistic appearance.
- Ensure consistency in editing style and quality across all photos within a project or collection.
- Organize and maintain a library of edited photos for easy retrieval and reference.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and techniques in photo editing to continuously improve skills and workflows.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Visual Arts
- Proficiency in Photo Editingsoftwares like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other similar tools is essential. This includes understanding layers, masks, adjustment tools, and filters.
- Understanding of Color Theory: Knowledge of color theory helps in adjusting colors, contrast, and overall mood of the images. This includes understanding concepts like hue, saturation, and brightness.
- The ability to spot imperfections and blemishes in photos and effectively remove them while maintaining a natural look is essential.
- Ability to understand and interpret client briefs, as well as effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members or clients.
- Being able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is crucial in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to stay updated on emerging trends and techniques in photo editing to continuously improve skills and workflows.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of edited photos demonstrating proficiency in the above skills is often required to demonstrate capabilities to potential employers or clients.
