The Photo Editor will be responsible for editing and enhancing images for product campaigns, social media, website, and other marketing collateral. You will collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, and the marketing team to ensure our brand vision is portrayed accurately through high-quality visuals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit, retouch, and enhance images for a wide range of beauty products, ensuring color accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with photographers during product shoots to ensure the desired aesthetic and visual goals are met.
- Manipulate images to highlight product features, removing imperfections and adjusting lighting, contrast, and composition.
- Maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual content while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to create visually compelling content for social media, ads, website, and printed materials.
- Prepare images in the correct formats and resolutions for various digital and print platforms.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets.
- Stay up to date with the latest photo editing techniques, software, and trends in the beauty industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and ideas for campaigns and photo shoots.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Photo Editor, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of color correction, retouching, and image manipulation techniques.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of beauty aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of photography basics is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing before and after edits of product photography, especially beauty-related content.

Pay: ₹8,963.27 - ₹28,763.85 per month
