You will be responsible for providing personalized guidance, mentoring, and assistance to students, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their studies and achieve their career aspirations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding UPSC and MPSC exam preparation strategies, study plans, time management, and goal setting.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand individual student needs, strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations.
- Assess students' academic performance, progress, and areas requiring improvement, and provide constructive feedback and guidance accordingly.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate study materials, resources, and supplementary materials for effective exam preparation.
- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and group counseling sessions to address common challenges, exam-related queries, and stress management techniques.
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop and implement effective teaching methodologies, study materials, and assessment tools.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated with the latest UPSC and MPSC exam patterns, syllabus changes, and relevant news to provide accurate information and guidance to students.
- Liaise with parents or guardians when necessary to discuss student progress, concerns, and academic performance.
- Provide support and assistance to students facing personal or academic challenges, referring them to appropriate resources and professionals as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in counseling, mentoring, or teaching, preferably in the field of competitive exams such as UPSC or MPSC.
- Strong understanding of UPSC and MPSC exam patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students and motivate them towards their goals.
- Empathetic and patient attitude towards students' academic and personal challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
