**Responsibilities**:_
- **Curriculum Planning**: Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards, focusing on mathematical concepts, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons using a variety of teaching methods, such as direct instruction, hands-on activities, and technology integration.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Create, administer, and grade assessments to evaluate student understanding, providing constructive feedback and additional support as needed.
- **Differentiated Instruction**: Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students can grasp mathematical concepts.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and a growth mindset toward learning mathematics.
- **Behavior Management**: Implement classroom management techniques to maintain a disciplined and respectful learning atmosphere.

- **Qualifications**:_
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- **Certification**: Valid teaching certification for Mathematics at the appropriate grade level.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience is preferred, especially in middle or high school settings.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in using educational technology.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to modify teaching approaches based on student needs and learning outcomes.
