**Responsibilities**:_
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement engaging lesson plans that focus on developing students' speaking and listening skills in English, including vocabulary, pronunciation, and grammar.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver interactive lessons using a variety of teaching methods, such as role-playing, discussions, and multimedia resources to enhance language acquisition.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Create and administer assessments to evaluate students’ speaking and listening proficiency, providing constructive feedback to support improvement.
- **Skill Development**: Focus on building students’ confidence in spoken English through conversation practice, public speaking, and presentations.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Incorporate lessons that enhance students’ understanding of different cultures and contexts where English is spoken, promoting cross-cultural communication.
- **Behavior Management**: Establish and maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, respect, and collaboration among students.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance teaching methodologies and stay current with language teaching practices.
- **Parent Communication**: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Organize and encourage participation in English-related activities, such as debates, speech contests, or drama clubs.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience, particularly in teaching spoken English or language skills, is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and motivate students; proficiency in using educational technology.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, assessment techniques, and resources for improving spoken English.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to tailor lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners and varying proficiency levels.

- Typically works in a classroom setting during school hours, with opportunities for after-school tutoring or workshops.
