**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Account Managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Cover all primary job assignments within 48 hours.
- Meet established current metrics for your experience level as a recruiter
- Gather an understanding of client companies and the markets they are in so that you can adequately fill open positions.
- Work with Sales Team members to provide clients with the most qualified and appropriate resumes.
- Maintain daily communication with sales team on your focused jobs.
- Work with team members and other SGA employees to meet the team and company objectives.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**

The individual must be able to perform each essential job duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities needed to perform the job at a fully acceptable level.

**WORK TIME**:6.00 PM to 2.30 AM IST

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS**
- 5+ years of experience in Clinical Recruiting
- Degree in Related field.
- Experience working in the night shift.
- Knowledge of the Clinical field.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
