**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist patients at the reception with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily consultation calendar
- Guide patients through treatment plans with clarity and empathy
- Counsel patients about non-surgical treatment options offered at the clinic
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp for consultation bookings
- Convert telephonic and WhatsApp inquiries into confirmed appointments
- Maintain patient records and update treatment progress in the system
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and maintain daily billing records
- Support in managing clinic ambience and first impressions
- Track patient satisfaction and encourage reviews/testimonials

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and counselling abilities
- Confident phone and WhatsApp communication
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, Google Sheets)
- Organized, proactive, and a team player
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment

**Preferred Experience**
- Prior experience in clinic, hospital, wellness, or healthcare customer service
- Background in tele-sales or client counselling is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
