**TMMi Foundation Certification Prep Course**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver video-based learning content aligned with the TMMi Foundation syllabus.
- Break down TMMi maturity levels, process areas, and assessment methods into digestible video segments.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and video editors to storyboard, script, and record content.
- Provide real-world case studies and examples to enhance learner engagement.
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with certification objectives.
- Participate in review cycles and incorporate feedback from QA and L&D teams.

**Required Qualifications**:

- TMMi Foundation certified (mandatory); advanced certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in video content creation for e-learning or certification prep.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical content.
- Familiarity with tools like Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar video platforms.
- Experience working with instructional designers or L&D teams in a collaborative setting.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Background in QA, test management, or process improvement.
- Prior experience as a trainer, coach, or mentor in structured testing models.
- Ability to work independently and meet content delivery timelines.
