As a Textile Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs for fabrics, têxtiles, and related materials. You will collaborate with teams to develop concepts, conduct market research, and ensure that designs meet client specifications and industry standards. Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong understanding of têxtile manufacturing processes are essential for success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design têxtile patterns, prints, and textures based on client requirements, market trends, and design briefs.
- Create digital sketches, illustrations, and mock-ups using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD programs.
- Research and analyze trends in fashion, color, and têxtiles to stay current and competitive in the industry.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that designs are technically feasible and meet production requirements.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and techniques for each design, considering factors such as durability, cost, and aesthetics.
- Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the production process and ensure the quality of finished products.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and presentations to showcase new concepts and ideas.
- Conduct market research, gather feedback, and incorporate insights to improve designs and product offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices to enhance design processes and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Textile Designer or a similar creative role in the fashion/têxtile industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD programs.
- Strong artistic and creative skills, including a keen eye for color, pattern, and texture.
- Knowledge of têxtile manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and skill development.
- Portfolio showcasing previous têxtile design work and creative projects.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
