**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Concept Design & Planning**:

- Develop innovative design concepts for commercial and corporate office spaces.
- Create space planning layouts, mood boards, and conceptual sketches.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design vision and functional requirements.
- **Technical Drawings & Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed **architectural and interior fit-out drawings**, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailing.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Work with **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other design tools** for 2D & 3D visualizations.
- **Project Coordination & Execution**:

- Coordinate with **MEP, structural, and civil teams** to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Work closely with contractors, site engineers, and project managers for on-site execution.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and design adherence.
- **Material & Vendor Coordination**:

- Source appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings as per project specifications.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for cost estimation and procurement.
- **Client & Stakeholder Communication**:

- Present design proposals and updates to clients.
- Address client feedback and make necessary design modifications.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:
**Architectural & Interior Design** (Commercial & Corporate Fit-Out)
**Space Planning & Layout Development**
**Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3Ds Max** (or similar software)
**Knowledge of Building Codes & Fit-Out Standards**
**Strong Coordination & Project Management Skills**
**Ability to Handle Multiple Projects & Meet Deadlines**
**Excellent Communication & Client Management Skills**

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design**.
- **3-10 years of experience** in interior fit-out projects for commercial/corporate offices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous office fit-out projects.
- Experience working with architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Knowledge of sustainable and ergonomic design principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,775.27 - ₹70,581.53 per month
