MIS Executive
Work Dynamics
**Role Summary**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a MIS Executive in Reading. The Executive will ensure management of the day-to-day financial Management for assigned property/facility, and support the Account Manager by being the on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client. The role will have responsibility for end-to-end financial management, tool management, of all sites within the India operations as per schedule and ensure we provide up to-date data management at client facilities. Customer Service is a key part of this role to ensure our business’ customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met.
**What the job involves**:
Accruals
Timely preparation of data
Ensure accuracy of data
Submit with the client within stipulated timeline
Maintain the records for future reference
Budget
Monthly, Quarterly, Halfyearly, Annual Budget preparations
Track the expenses
Suggest / Recommend changes or inputs required to enhance / optimize process
Ensure routine update of database for future reference
Invoice Processing
Liason with vendors for timely submission of invoices
Ensure proper due diligence of the invoices and supporting documents
Process the tool as per the timelines
Ensure payments to vendors including MSME withing the timelines given by the client
Liason with other stake holders and tool related follow-ups on proactive basis
Collate and preserve NDC on quarterly basis for all services
Reimbursements
Ensure availability of cash for all critical expenses
Ensure timely process of all bills after due diligence
Due diligence includes but not limited to verification of services, pricing, calculation,Inv No, Date, etc.,
Track the status in the tool and liason with related stake holders for tracking purpose
Observe the performance of the team consistently and provide multiple opportunities to grow.
Support FM functions in case of necessity
Should play a role of touchpoint for Employees community
Gather requirements / requests and channel with respective functions
Lead the requests end to end and ensure delivery with quality and within time limit
Bring out the challenges quickly to respective leaders / forums for quick resolutions
Ideal Experience
Passion for quality - has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services
Experience in Hotel Management, Cafeteria Management, facilities management, routine building operations, business or other related field.
Should possess fantastic interpersonal skills and be a strong leader. Staying calm under pressure and having wonderful customer service skills.
Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives (highly desirable)
Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts
Budget management and financial analysis skills
