Deputy Process Trainer

Job Summary: We are hiring a Deputy Process Trainer to assist Trainer in training and development of NHT's, and deliver process training programs to improve the performance of our International Airline Ticketing Advisors.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and develop training materials
- Conduct training sessions in a classroom/virtual environment
- Develop and deliver refresher training
- Analyze training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs
- Participate in onboarding process

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- **1-2 years of process training experience**:

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- **Excellent communication skills**:

- Experience with classroom and virtual training delivery
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

**NOTE:

- Experience in Travel process will be an added advantage**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
