Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: Kannur South

Bigwing Kannur South, an authorized dealership of Honda two-wheelers, is currently seeking skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisors to join our service team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining their trust in our dealership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and understand their service requirements
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for service and repairs
- Explain service options and recommendations to customers
- Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process
- Collaborate with the service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare and present detailed service invoices to customers
- Upsell additional services and accessories when appropriate
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of service activities

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and maintenance is an advantage
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Familiarity with computer systems and service management software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English is required
