**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preventive Maintenance**: Conduct routine checks and servicing of fire fighting systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, and fire extinguishers.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve faults in fire protection equipment to ensure all systems are fully operational and compliant.
- **System Testing**: Perform testing of alarms, pumps, control panels, and valves to ensure compliance with safety standards and performance benchmarks.
- **Emergency Support**: Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide immediate technical assistance.
- **Documentation**: Maintain service records, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and client sign-offs.
- **Compliance Checks**: Ensure all systems meet local fire safety codes and AMC contract terms.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients at sites for updates, feedback, and system demonstrations.
- **Safety Protocols**: Adhere to all workplace safety practices while working on live systems.
- **Spare Management**: Report any requirement for spare parts or consumables needed for AMC execution.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily or weekly reports to supervisors regarding work completed and issues encountered.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire & Safety (mandatory)
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-3 years in AMC work for fire protection systems
- **Skills & Requirements**:

- Knowledge of fire alarm panels, sprinkler systems, hydrants, and extinguishers.
- Ability to interpret system layouts and equipment manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Basic electrical and mechanical repair skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- **Ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory** for traveling to client/project sites.
