**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the entire hospital experience from admission to discharge.
- Help patients understand their treatment plan, answer any questions, and ensure they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and manage patient scheduling to minimize delays and confusion.
- Communicate with medical staff regarding patient needs, concerns, and specific care instructions.
- Assist patients and families in navigating hospital policies and procedures.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with hospital regulations.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, particularly during stressful or critical situations.
- Help address and resolve patient complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., billing, medical records) to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Educate patients about their rights, responsibilities, and available services at the hospital.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
