**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a charismatic and driven MBA graduate to join our Sales team as a Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who can leverage their business acumen and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to improve strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, preferably with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building rapport.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
