Role - MIS Executive (Female)

Exp - 5 to 8 Year - (FMCG)

Salary - 20k to 35k Montly

Skills should have - Advance Excel, VBA, Micros, ERP, Tally, MS office

Preferred to Female

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Maintain the MIS report on daily basis and present to Reporting Manager.

Ø Co-ordinate with our distributors and super stockiest PAN India.

Ø Create new parties and sent to him our company details.

Ø Co-ordinate with our logistics partner regarding the shipment and consignment.

Ø Co-ordinate with team General trade for Goods.

Ø Sharing the monthly target to parties pan India and follow-up for the achievement.

Ø PO received from party end generate proforma invoice.

Ø Co-ordination with all General trade chain pan India.

Ø Visited in the market and get the review from party end and solve the issue if any.

Ø Create a new DBR, SS and Retailer pan India.

Ø Create agreement of the parties for DSR or SS.

Ø Travel to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff.

Ø Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment.

Ø Maintaining & Update attendance record of sales team.

Ø Sales Order generation and process.

Ø Dispatch follow up, approvals with factory.

Ø Daily & Weekly Collection Planning.

Ø Monthly Material Projection Planning.

Ø Dealer wise & Sales Person wise Sales & Collection Planning.

Ø Attendance Compilation and monthly working reports of Regional offices.

Ø Daily Reports, Mails, Messages.

Ø TA/DA - Follow-up to Sales Team for timely submission & A/c for remittance.

Ø Maintain Dealer Documents (Agreements, Authorization Letter, GST Certificate, cheques)

Ø Prepare Dealer Authorization Letter.

Ø A/c statement authentication from Dealers & Marketing Person.

Ø Group Summary & Outstanding details send to concern person.

Ø Dealers PDC cheques Follow ups / Payment commitment follow-up.

Ø Maintain Complaint register & its closure.

Ø Coordination with Regional offices and staff.

Ø Maintain Bills, invoices and processing to the management.

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ø Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.

Ø Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Ø Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ø Thorough understanding of company products and logistics.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate

Ø Should have FMCG organizational experience and attention to detail
