Ensuring the organization complies with PF and ESI laws and regulations.
- Registering the organization under the EPF and ESI schemes when required.
- Monitoring changes in legislation and updating the organization about new compliance requirements.
- Facilitating the registration of employees under PF and ESI schemes.
- Ensuring all eligible employees are covered under the respective schemes
- Generating PF and ESI account numbers for eligible employees
- Calculating PF and ESI contributions for employees and the employer.
- Ensuring timely payment of contributions to avoid penalties.
- Preparing and submitting monthly/quarterly/annual returns related to PF and ESI..
- Maintaining accurate records of employee PF and ESI contributions.
- Documenting salary structures, attendance, and other details required for PF/ESI compliance.
- Safeguarding records for audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
- Assisting employees in filing PF withdrawal, pension, or transfer claims.
- Ensuring the timely settlement of claims by coordinating with relevant authorities.
- Supporting employees with ESI-related claims like medical benefits, maternity benefits, or disability benefits.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between the organization and PF/ESI regulatory bodies.
- Handling correspondence and resolving disputes or queries with authorities.
- Submitting periodic reports and returns as required by the law., etc
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
