Role & responsibilities
PF (Provident Fund) Management
Handle employee PF registrations, transfers, and withdrawals.
- Update and maintain PF records in the HR system.
- File monthly PF returns (ECR) and ensure timely challan payments.
- Assist employees with UAN activation, KYC updates, and grievance resolution.
Coordinate with EPFO for claims, inspections, and compliance matters.
ESIC (Employees State Insurance) Management
Manage ESIC registrations for new employees and ensure accurate data entry.
- File monthly ESIC contributions and maintain challan records.
- Assist employees with ESIC card generation, hospital/benefit-related queries, and claims.
Coordinate with ESIC local office for inspections and compliance.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain statutory records, employee master files, and compliance reports.
- Ensure adherence to PF, ESIC, and other labour law guidelines.
- Prepare required documentation for audits, inspections, and statutory reporting.
Maintain confidentiality and accurate data integrity.
HR Operational Support
Support payroll processing by ensuring PF & ESIC deductions are accurate.
- Assist in onboarding documentation related to PF/ESIC.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in PF, ESIC, or HR operations.
Knowledge:
Good understanding of PF, ESIC rules, and labour laws.
Familiarity with EPFO and ESIC portals.
Skills:
Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Good Excel and data entry skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle employee queries professionally.
