**Job Description**:
As an After Sales Executive at **Kent Constructions Pvt. Ltd.** you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive post-purchase experience for our clients. This includes maintaining relationships with customers after property handover, addressing their concerns, and providing ongoing support. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise post-sale.
**Key Responsibilities**Customer Relationship Management**:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after property purchase.
- Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-sale issues promptly.
- **Property Handover Assistance**:
- Assist customers during the property handover process, ensuring all documentation, inspections, and formalities are completed smoothly.
- Address any issues identified during property inspections and ensure timely resolutions.
- **Issue Resolution and Complaint Handling**:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to property defects, delays, or service requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with construction, legal, and maintenance teams to resolve post-sale concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and monitor the resolution process to ensure prompt responses and solutions.
- **Customer Support Services**:
- Provide clients with guidance on warranty claims, maintenance services, and any other post-sale inquiries.
- Ensure customers are informed about the progress of their requests and resolve any issues related to property upkeep.
- **Feedback Collection & Reporting**:
- Collect customer feedback through surveys, phone calls, and meetings to evaluate satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Report customer feedback, complaints, and concerns to management to help improve the company's products and services.
- Provide insights into customer trends and preferences that could benefit future sales and service offerings.
- **Internal Coordination**:
- Work closely with sales, legal, construction, and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by customers.
- Ensure clear communication between internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- **Ensuring Client Satisfaction**:
- Monitor and manage customer satisfaction levels throughout the post-sale process, addressing issues promptly.
- Handle complex or sensitive issues with professionalism, aiming to exceed customer expectations and maintain strong relationships.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or after-sales in real estate or construction.
- Experience in managing customer relations and resolving post-sale issues.
