Preschool Coordinator

**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Implementation: Ensure the effective delivery of the preschool curriculum while incorporating best teaching practices.
- Teacher Supervision: Guide, mentor, and support teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
- Student Development: Oversee the overall development of children, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Parent Communication: Act as a point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
- Operational Management: Coordinate daily school activities, events, and schedules.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and safety guidelines in the preschool.
- Training and Development: Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of teaching staff.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Graduate degree with B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a coordinator role in a preschool setting
- Prior experience teaching pre-primary classes
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of early childhood education methodologies
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of educators
- Proficiency in planning school events and activities
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
