**Employment Type**: Full-time**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic
.**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Teaching & Learning** Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities.
- Use play-based, experiential, and creative teaching methods to engage children.
- Assess and track each child’s progress and development.
**2. Classroom Management** Maintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment.
- Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and independence.
- Manage classroom resources, learning materials, and activity setups.
**3. Parent Engagement** Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide guidance on early childhood development.
- Address parent queries and concerns professionally.
**4. Professional Development & Collaboration** Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff for coordinated learning experiences.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school activities.
- Stay updated with the latest early childhood education methodologies.
**Qualifications & Skills**:* Minimum qualification**:Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd) or equivalent.**:
- Prior experience of 1-3 years as a preschool teacher preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching young children.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or digital learning tools is a plus.
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
