Chennai Tamil Nadu, India Digital Outsourcing Services Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Transaction Recording & Categorisation - Enter and organise financial transactions (sales, receipts, expenses, etc.) in QuickBooks Online according to UK accounting standards.
- Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation - Reconcile multiple bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure all expenses and revenues are accurately tracked.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable - Process vendor invoices and payments, track outstanding customer invoices, and follow up on overdue balances.
- Financial Statements & Reporting - Prepare monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss, for management reviews.
- Industry-Specific Bookkeeping - Adapt bookkeeping practices to suit various industries such as hospitality, retail, and more, managing unique cost structures and revenue streams.
- Client Communication - Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to gather documents, address discrepancies, and resolve bookkeeping-related queries.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in accounting, Semi-qualified accountants, ICB certified bookkeepers.
- Must have worked minimum 2 years on QuickBooks online bookkeeping for UK clients.
- Should you knowledge about latest updates on VAT, PAYE/NIC and other UK tax laws to conduct accurate bookkeeping.
- Should be able to speak and write in English properly and can communicate with team in UK smoothly.
- Must be based in Chennai only
- Work from Office only
