Are you passionate about helping others find their voice and speak with confidence? **TutorsPoint** is seeking experienced and dynamic Public Speaking Course Trainers/Experts to join our team. As a Public Speaking Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs aimed at improving the public speaking skills of our clients, with a special emphasis on phonics and spoken English, as well as reading and writing skills.

**Responsibilities**
- **Design and Develop Courses**: Create comprehensive training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, exercises, and assessments tailored to different proficiency levels in public speaking, phonics, spoken English, reading, and writing.
- **Deliver Training Sessions**: Conduct engaging and interactive public speaking courses both in-person and virtually, ensuring all participants are actively involved and learning effectively.
- **Evaluate Progress**: Assess the progress of participants through observations, feedback sessions, and formal assessments. Provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- **Customize Training Programs**: Adapt training programs to meet the specific needs of different client groups, including individuals, corporate teams, and specialized groups.
- **Integrate Language Skills**: Incorporate phonics, spoken English, reading, and writing into public speaking courses to enhance overall communication skills.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and tools in public speaking and language education, and incorporate them into the training programs.
- **Mentorship**: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to participants requiring additional support.
- **Collaborate**: Work with other trainers and staff to continuously improve training offerings and participant experience.

**Qualifications**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, English, Performing Arts, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a public speaking trainer, coach, or related role. Atleast a minimum of 2 years of experience in public speaking, teaching phonics, spoken English, reading, and writing.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of various public speaking techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in teaching phonics, spoken English, reading, and writing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in public speaking, language education, coaching, or training are highly desirable.
