“We are searching for Product Owner to be responsible of Basware network country extensions and related services. Country extension is the extension of our network solutions in different countries and keeping up with the mandates passed by those countries.

In this role you are responsible for owning (technical owner) and developing Basware country extension and related services globally across multiple products with Business Owners. You are responsibility area is about adding new country capabilities and plan the road map work for the team to keep pace with the upcoming mandates for those countries. This role need strong cross team collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Ownership and Quality**
- Maintaining a product backlog and prioritizing detailed product requirements according to internal and external input
- Responsible of product quality (service health)
- Aligning product with Basware target architecture and managing technical debt

**Team Productivity**
- Prioritizing the team backlog - communicating product requirements to R&D
- Representing customer to R&D team

**Product Development**
- Accountable of roadmap item (epic) progress from design to go to market
- Contributing to the product design and align the product with Basware vision
- Supporting the product readiness and launches according to Basware product development process

**Reporting and Communication**
- Reporting progress, raise up scope and schedule deviations to Product Manager and other stakeholders, setting expectations
- Estimating effort of development items with R&D teams
- Demoing product features, creating documentation and giving training to stakeholders to ensure serviceability

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills & Experience**:

- BSc/MSc level technical education
- Minimum 3/5 years (pending on job title) of experience in product development or relevant
- Experience with defining, launching and delivering new cloud / SaaS products and services, coordinating development across multiple sites or regions
- Practioner of non-functional requirements like security, scalability, performance and serviceability
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in modern development and design methodologies, including Lean / Agile methodologies
- End-to-end mindset and capability to think outside box
- Experience and passion to work efficiently across organizational and country boundaries
- Personal accountability
