**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Qualify leads obtained through marketing campaigns, digital channels, and inbound inquiries.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the field sales or business development team.
- Maintain and update CRM with all interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals when required.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and other internal teams for smooth customer communication.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, conversions, and forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Lead Generation roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
