**About the team**

**What you will be doing**
- As a User Experience Designer, you will interact with fellow designers and various other functions on cross-functional agile teams. (e.g., product managers, business analysts, QA and developers).
- You will be responsible for all aspects of software interface design including audience and task analysis, scenario building, storyboarding, prototyping, and defining interface specifications, guidelines, and standards.
- You will be translating requirements and research findings into effective design decisions.
- You will also collaborate with design team on developing and maintaining common guidelines and standards.
- Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Rapidly test and create iterative designs that meet project objectives and fits within the FIS Brand guidelines.

**What you bring**
- 3-6 years of experience in UI & UX Design with a proven track record of success
- Ability to clearly articulate a problem space and design a solution that meet the user needs and business goals.
- Ability to quickly incorporate feedback and efficiently produce high quality professional designs.
- Self-starter and ability to work without much supervision.
- Understanding of the following:

- Modern UI patterns and trends
- Design principals with using internal design system.
- UX Principals/Design Thinking Process
- Intermediate experience using design software such as Adobe XD, Axure or similar tools.
- Considering a long-term career with FIS.

**Added bonus if you have**
- Experience with integrating UX disciplines within an agile development process.
- Good eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
