**Position Summary**:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound or inbound calls to customers or clients to promote products/services, generate leads, address inquiries, or resolve issues. They maintain a professional tone, build rapport with customers, and ensure high customer satisfaction while achieving targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound/Inbound Calling**:

- Make outgoing calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding queries, complaints, or feedback.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Provide accurate information and answer customer questions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- **Follow-Ups**:

- Follow up with leads to ensure timely responses and conversions.
- Remind customers of payment deadlines or renewals when needed.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure prompt resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the local language and English (as required).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
