**General Worker**

The General Worker shall execute various maintenance works of all types, primarily in general carpentry, electrical and plumbing works, to sustain an efficient working environment for our houses. This on-job position requires a hard worker who can follow instruction and work alone and/or team up with other staff for a safe and neat place of work.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Basic Carpentry**

Perform simple carpentry work in the form of repairing, installing, and modifying wooden structures and fixtures.

Help build shelves, cabinets, and other furniture, as instructed.

**Basic Electrical Work**

Perform routine electrical work like changing bulbs, replacing outlet boxes, and assisting in wiring activities under supervision.

Assist in maintaining electrical fixtures. Troubleshoot minor issues with electricity as needed.

**Basic plumbing work**

Carry out plumbing repair work, such as repairing leaks, changing faucets, and installing fixtures.

Support the maintenance of plumbing systems, ensuring they are in good working order.

**House Maintenance**

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.

Immediately report the supervisor any maintenance problem or safety hazard.

**Safety Compliance**

Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment.

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment when necessary.

**Core Requirements**:
1) Some basic knowledge and experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.

2) Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks.

3) Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

4) Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

5) Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
