**Job Summary**

The **Medical Social Worker** at **SOBHA Health Care** will be responsible for coordinating and supporting community-based health initiatives, including medical camps, home care services, health card management, and awareness programs. The role requires good communication skills, strong documentation ability, and a commitment to community health and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and organize community medical camps and awareness programs.
- Identify and support patients through home care services and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain reports and records of healthcare activities.
- Manage BPL health card issuance and beneficiary records.
- Conduct health education sessions for patients, students, and community groups.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in documentation, event coordination, and general healthcare support.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: Master of Social Work (MSW) or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with relevant experience.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in community health, hospital, or NGO settings preferred.

**Skills**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong documentation and reporting ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
