**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility
- Suggesting the customer alternative products based on need, lifestyle & spending power
- Explaining to the customers about the benefits and offers related to the products.
- Maintain amicable conversation throughout the call and build customer delight
- Good Communication
- Ability to convince customers
- Assist customers with all their queries
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills

**Educational Qualification**:12th / Diploma /Any Degree (With or Without backlogs)

**Salary**: 1.8 Lacs per year as Salary; Monthly take home 15,000/
- **Note**:Upon completion of 6 months and on being eligible for conversion the CTC change would be 2.5LPA

**Shift Timings**: 9:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M (including all the breaks in between)

**Working Days**: 6 days of Working and 1 Day Rotational Off (Note: Saturday & Sunday will NOT BE a fixed off)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
