**About Us**:
**Fido Pharma**is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer committed to ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety, and compliance. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled **R&D Executive** with a strong background in **new molecule development**, **genetically modified organisms (GMO)**, and **fermentation technologies**, including both **upstream and downstream processes**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute R&D projects focused on **new molecule development**.
- Design and implement strategies for **strain improvement and genetic modifications** (GMO) using modern molecular biology techniques.
- Optimize and scale-up **fermentation processes**, covering both **upstream** (strain selection, media optimization, bioreactor operation) and **downstream** (cell harvesting, extraction, purification) workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA/QC, production, regulatory) to ensure seamless tech transfer and scale-up from lab to pilot/plant scale.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in the field and provide scientific input for innovation pipeline planning.
- Prepare technical reports, SOPs, patent documentation, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s in **Biotechnology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering**, or related field.
- Minimum **3-5 years of hands-on R&D experience** in:

- New molecule development (e.g., enzymes, secondary metabolites, bioactives)
- GMO/strain engineering (CRISPR, transformation techniques, etc.)
- Fermentation process development (upstream & downstream)
- Strong project management and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in **industrial biotechnology**, **nutraceuticals**, or **biopharmaceuticals**.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to GMOs and fermentation-based products.
- Exposure to **scale-up operations** or **pilot plant** environments.
