Identify and target potential clients in the interior design industry.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the interior design industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
