We help restaurants excel in today’s competitive market by boosting their online food delivery orders with our simple solution, Foaps. We’re proud to have a strong presence in over three cities in India and have already attracted 300+ signups. Currently, we’re looking for a skilled Inside Sales Associate to join our awesome team and contribute to enhancing our product offerings to more customers.
**Role Overview**:
As an Inside Sales Associate in our Tele-Sales function, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential and existing customers via phone calls to introduce them to our cutting-edge online food delivery management software, FOAPS. Through effective communication and a customer-centric approach, you'll contribute to achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential and existing customers using well-crafted scripts to introduce them to our cutting-edge online food delivery management software.
- Close sales deals over the phone, meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets.
- Address customer inquiries about our product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Employ consultative selling techniques by asking probing questions to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
- Handle customer concerns and grievances with professionalism to maintain FOAPS' reputation.
- Document call details, maintain records of sales, and gather valuable customer insights.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in tele-sales or a related sales/customer service role preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer tools, including CRM software and telephone systems.
- Ability to grasp complex product information and effectively communicate its value to prospects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with diverse customers.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Passion for sales and a strong desire to succeed.
- Curiosity to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
- A team player with a self-driven, proactive attitude.
- Quick learner with the ability to comprehend and convey technical concepts.
- Prior experience in IT sales, software sales, or related fields is a plus.
- Should be proficient in English and Malayalam.Knowledge of any other languages would be a plus.
**Additional Information**:
- Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays and Sundays are off)
- Work Timings : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Work from office
- Location : Kochi
